Indian Bank Dividend 2024, Q4 Results: Indian Bank, a PSU bank, has announced to pay a whopping 120 per cent dividend on each stock to its investors. Indian Bank made the announcement regarding dividend payment in its quarterly results (Q4FY2024).
A dividend a cash reward which is paid by companies to shareholders for their investment in the business. It is calculated and paid on the face value of each stock.

The current face value of each stock of Indian Bank is Rs 10. Accordingly, the 120 per cent dividend translates into a payout of Rs 12.
"Recommended dividend of Rs.12.00 per Equity Share i.e @ 120% of paid up Equity Capital of the Bank for the Financial Year 2023-24," the PSU bank said in a regulatory filing.
Indian Bank didn't announce record date in its latest filing. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders' participation in the dividend or next corporate action will be announced in the due course and informed to investors through exchanges.
